MOVE Parkour Conditioning Class

1. Create a free account

  1. Enter your name and email, and set a password
  2. Click on the confirmation link sent to your email within an hour
  3. Sign the waiver form in your account
  4. Fill up emergency contact details on the account page

2. Buy a pass

  • Get a suitable pass based on the class you plan to book
  • Try a class for only $20 to $35 per class. The best part? These are also our standard class prices.


Intro to Parkour (Adults) Term Classes

  • Suitable for absolute beginners age 13 and above
  • Class is located at Bishan Parkour Training Spot 1
  • 4 classes in total in this term, on Wednesdays 7.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Term Dates: 7, 14, 21, 28 July 2021
  • There is no one-time trial for this
  • Once you sign up for this, you can skip Step 3 below

Online 1x Pass

  • Access to 1 class:
    • Mobility & Strength (Online)
  • Also available in 5x and 10x packs


Regular 1x Pass

  • Access to 1 class:
    • Intermediate Handstand
    • Capoeira
    • Gymnastics Rings
    • Mobility: Full Body
    • Parkour (Phoenix)
    • Parkour Outdoor (Kids / Adults)
  • Also available in 5x and 10x packs


Kraken 1x Pass

  • Access to 1 class at Kraken:
    • Flips Indoor (Adults)
    • Parkour & Flips Indoor (Kids / Adults)
  • Also available in 5x and 10x packs

3. Book a class

  • All classes are beginner-friendly. Feel free to select and reserve your preferred class time slot
  • Wet weather: Outdoor Parkour classes will carry on at sheltered spots at the location, but Outdoor Capoeira classes will get cancelled.
  • You’ll get an email notification to confirm the reservation after booking

If you have booked the “Intro to Parkour (Adults) Term Class” in Step 2, you may skip this step.

That’s it! Enjoy your class

  • Always follow our COVID protocol when you come for class.
  • Arrive 15 mins early to allow for time to locate the venue and mark attendance with the coaches
  • Come dressed in comfortable sports shoes and attire, bring at least 750ml personal hydration, and extra clothes to change into if needed.
  • If you enjoyed the first class, simply repeat steps 2 and 3 to book another one!
