“Charis’ unique approach to Kinstretch – through the creative use of props, partner work and exercise variations – adds a whole new interesting dimension to an otherwise focused and intense joint strength training system. While there is no escape from the infamous cramps, the fun and interactive elements of her session makes “cramp-city” significantly more bearable.”
