MOVE Fluid Strength Class

1. Create a free account, or sign in

If you already have an account, simply sign in to your account.

  1. Enter your name and email, and set a password
  2. Click on the confirmation link sent to your email within an hour
  3. Sign the waiver form in your account
  4. Fill up emergency contact details on the account page

2. Book your term class

  • Learn more about each term class, and book it.
  • You’ll get an email notification that shows a confirmation of your booking.

    • Mon, 7.30pm to 9.30pm. 28 June and 5 July available.
    • Suitable for people with some Parkour experience

  • Always follow our COVID protocol when you come for class.
  • Arrive 15 mins early to allow for time to locate the venue and mark attendance with the coaches
  • Come dressed in comfortable sports shoes and attire, bring at least 750ml personal hydration, and extra clothes to change into if needed.
